Description

 

California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) Weatherization Program is funded by a mixture of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund monies used to support the Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP). It provides weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades to low income households at no cost to residents enabling lower energy bills and ensuring health and safety.
