Description

 

The Public Housing Capital Fund provides Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) with funding to modernize public housing projects. These monies can be used to fund sustainability projects including energy and water efficiency retrofits, integrated utility management services that maximizes energy conservation, replacement of obsolete utility equipment, upgrades to code compliance, and in some cases reconstruction of buildings
